Very professional and efficient.

Amazing staff, who made the children feel relaxed and comfortable. Optician was really helpful and friendly. Have moved the children to this opticians now.

All good

Felt heard for the first time in years. Customer service is second to none!

I recently visited Eyetech, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. The team were very friendly and professional. The optician took the time to carefully explain the eye exam and was very thorough in checking my vision. They gave me great advice about the eyewear available, and were not just selling me glasses. I appreciated how the staff helped me pick a pair of glasses and the fitting process was brilliant. I left feeling confident with my new prescription. I would recommend Eyetech to anyone looking for a friendly, personalized service. I’ll definitely be returning for my next check-up! Thank you
