Fanatastic from start to Finnish. Great customer service. The particular conditions affecting my eyes were very well explained and good advice on types of frames and lenses was given. Very pleased with my new glasses and found the whole experience to be the best of any opticians I have been too.

I have had my last three eye tests at Eyetech which have been excellent, and have had three pairs of varifocal glasses and transitional RayBan sunglasses which are fantastic, modern and reasonably priced .The prescription is always exact and have been the best glasses I’ve ever had .The staff are always very helpful and will get a selection of glasses for you to choose if there’s something you specifically require. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service. My mother had not read a book, paper or her post for 5 years . Having completed treatment for Macular she now has glasses supplied by this optician giving her so much more independence. The team were so professional and took great care of her. Could not ask for a better service.

Best eyesight test and pupil alignment I've had for many years. Amar is friendly and really knowledgeable about frames, lenses, the adjustments you need. The optician's work was great - my vision is so clear now. I can see better through these varifocals than any for years, and looking up, down, across, etc, is without any wobble or funny distortion. They're not perfect, but very very good. Many thanks for a great experience. I did buy the most expensive lenses, etc, so that might have helped, too. But one of these glasses or the 3 hopeless ones I was using since September for the same price from somewhere else? This one. :)

Excellent customer service. I was able to order glasses and choose my favourite once they arrived. Wish I'd have known about this opticians before, I couldn't of asked for more. Thanks!

The team at Ansty Road treated me with a high level of professionalism, were very knowledgeable and provided a thoroughly pleasant customer experience. Would recommend the practice to anybody!

Everyone was really helpful. What a lovely place.

Always feel happy with treatment.

I have just picked up my new glasses and as always i am very pleased with the service i have received from eyetech.

Professional service

Really helpful staff, everything was explained clearly. Great choice if frames and lenses

Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent professional and general care. I recommend any one who needs general or emergency advice about visual problems.

An excellent experience all round. The service is thoroughly designed to give the customer everything they need with regards to their eye care. Thank you Eyetech...highly recommended.

Very helpful throughout the process

We were very impressed with the professional and efficient service we received. Thanks especially to Mr Amar Dave for his kindness in making sure an elderly lady had the glasses she needed.

This was my first experience with Eyetech but I hope to return: not only did I source my (usually very expensive) brand of contact lenses at an incredible price, I also received some very friendly and extremely proficient customer service to boot. I’m so happy to have found these opticians. Recommended!

Absolutely brilliant service, seen me on short notice and left with my glasses. The gentleman who helped me select my glasses was excellent.

Excellent service and results. Extremely impressed. Would highly recommend.

Prompt, friendly service with clear expertise.
