Really pleased with the treatment received from Dr Dave, who sorted out my predicament with ease! The reception staff are courteous and friendly too, and always keen to assist. Lovely practice and beautiful calm atmosphere. Highly reccommneded.

Very pleasant staff that help the experience being comfortable

Not all opticians are the same. I was specifically looking for a particular lens for my spectacles. I was extremely pleased to hear that EyeTech offered the Carl Zeiss Drivesafe lens. Every question I asked was answered professionally and accurately. After looking at some frames, a staff member assisted me in choosing one that fitted my requirements. I wear my specs approximately 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, so I am a bit fussy when choosing the right frame and lens. I was told that the specs would take a couple of weeks to arrive as the lens manufacturering process takes this time. After about 10 days I get a call notifying me of the arrival, of my specs. The moment I put them on, there was a huge difference in clarity, field of vision and glare reduction. Carl Zeiss optics use a laser to engrave a small "Z" on the inner part of the lens that can only be seen by taking the specs off. This is a mark of authenticity from Zeiss. This can be verified from the inner lenses, in my specs. I cannot thank the EyeTech staff enough. It's not very often in this day and age that staff go the extra mile to genuinely help you out. I specifically wanted the Zeiss lenses in my specs. They were not upsold to me or anything like that. I am extremely pleased with the product and service received from EyeTech. I highly recommend them. I also extremely highly recommend the Zeiss Drivesafe lenses. It's like going from dial up to broadband. You just wouldn't do it. The difference is huge and it should be, considering Zeiss Optics are one of the most advanced lens producers in the world (look it up). I've been wearing specs since I was 10. I've been and done that with all the usual high street opticians. You won't get a better level of expertise or genuine customer concern from anywhere else. I don't normally do reviews, but the outstanding level of service from EyeTech opticians deserves to be highlighted.

You always remembered my name and took a keen interest in my requirements for specialised glasses that resulted in spectacles that really suited my job. On arrival this morning 23-Sep-2017 at 11.30am I was greeted by the receptionist as I walked through the door which made me straight away feel very welcome, i was booked in and within 5 mins taken for my first few tests, afterwards offered refreshments for my husband and myself. Then after a short break I was taken to have my eye test, the Option who looked after my eye test was amazingly good at what he does, so my thanks go out to all who work at EYETECH Ansty Road, Coventry. Brilliant Service, Very Friendly Staff

After phoning around various opticians in Coventry looking for the one with the largest selection of Maui Jim Sunglasses, I spoke with EyeTech. They didn’t have the largest selection, but right off the bat suggested that I come in when the Rep was in (they arranged it with the Rep) so I could see the whole range. They were the only optician to offer this to me and I couldn’t be happier. We arranged a date and turned up. The Rep arrived on time and we tried the whole range on before deciding on several pairs. The staff were all courteous and professional at all times even offering us a coffee when we arrived. They even stayed through their lunch hour to serve us. The next request was that the sunglasses that we ordered arrive as soon as possible as we were going on holiday two days later. We ordered them at 14.00 and they arrived by 10.00 the following morning. Outstanding. They were even prepared to post them to our holiday destination to make sure we received them for immediate use. Again, totally happy with EyeTech and would recommend to everyone. We will be going back for our eye tests upon our return. Very, very good service, keep up the good work..!!

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. All the staff are really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I just trust them with my eye health, so much so that I now travel over 40miles to keep them as my opticians. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Eyetech were very professional and thorough.. And told you throughout the various tests what they were doing and explaining all the procedures and keeping you well informed about your eye health. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service received as usual. All staff are so friendly and happy to help. During my eye test I always feel as though the optician is taking care of me and never makes me feel rushed. I get quite nervous before my eye tests as my eyes water so much but everyone is very kind. I was really happy to be told about a fantastic deal on the glasses that I bought today. I was concerned about cost so this was just perfect! Then to receive a call as I walked through my front door to say my glasses were already ready was amazing!
