Great collar, great customer service!

After a few months, we love the setup we purchased. (K-9 800 Tactical) We haven't really had the opportunity to test range , but weather resistance and normal use are no problem. I love the slight increments and the boost button except when my dog is hard headed and refuses to come no matter what. When she knows she is in trouble, she will lay down and take whatever I give her rather than being scolded! The unit and all components to are great and even overkill for just a pet, but that's what I wanted; I didn't want to have to purchase more down the road.

Great little system especially converting it to 2 dogs I also have the 900 4 dogs collar have not used it in full flight yet but this company is wonderful love dealing with the. Answer question very quickly supportive . My only thing I had was I found it tricky to pair another collor not sure why I just could not get it right just a little awkward more than difficult and some conflicting instructions to be fair. I eventually found a utube video that helped me from someone that brought the same collars I think they also put some trap Ning video. On there site doing this exact thing pairing the collars with the remotes on all modles able to take more than one dog.

There are great collars and then there are amazing collars, I love this one! I have both the 300+ and the 302 (for when I bring both dogs). The main selling point I love about this one is that since you have two receivers you do not need to have the collar very tight. No matter whether they flex their neck, relax their next, move left/right, there is always a connection. The same cannot be said for other collars (though bungee collars definitely help fix that). I have also noticed that since there is always solid contact, I do not need to turn the stim level up near as high for her to feel it (most times I'm below 10 on a GSD that is not in drive). The listing on the page and the customer service information needs updated. This comes with everything in the picture (a good thing): bungee collars, case, etc. They were also cool about changing the cover for free so it didn't match my other Educator receiver. The only real complaint I have is that you cannot buy an upgraded knob from Educator. The current knob on all controllers require that you look at the screen to see what the stim level is set to, if they would make one of the bumps much larger you would be able to feel approx what the level was. I remedied this by purchasing a knob from Ace Hardware and fitting it to my controller, but it isn't a perfect fit. It does make controlling the levels much easier. Other than that I think the collar is incredible and their customer service is top notch. I would definitely buy this again!

This product does seem to work great, however it is too large/heavy for my small breed dog. I did a lot of research before purchasing this product. It said it was OK for dogs 5 pounds and above. My Yorky is 6 pounds. She now has been diagnosed with a collapsing trachea. :confused: Please consider making different sizes!

I am grateful for the e collar. It helped my relationship with my boy. I use the vibrate most of all now if hes focused on something else rather than me. I cant recommend it enough.

While the customer service was wonderful, the product simply was not small enough for dogs under 8 pounds.

I am an older woman who adopted a smart, energetic 2 year old lab mix with a high speed prey/chase reflex! Keeping her on-leash while we got to know each other was killing me and making her frustrated with pent up energy. We live in the hills and woods of Vermont, in a perfect setting for running free. I tried several training classes and a cheap vibrating collar. When I found this collar and company, I found the help I needed to make it safe for my young friend to run free and still have a tool to get her attention back, except under the most stimulating of chases,deer mostly. I watched several helpful training videos on-line and soon we had a working relationship off leash. I especially love the bright light on the collar for our walks in the dark hours before and after work. I have only ordered one other item besides the original collar but both purchase experiences were hassle free and all items are just as advertised. I highly recommend this collar and company for conscientious trainers that need a long distance obedience.

Educator Collars have changed our lives and the lives of our pups. Their price was just as competitive as any other retailer which often times doesn't happen, their website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. Delivery was fast and the product speaks for itself. Just got another puppy and will be ordering another collar soon!

Sorry to disappoint you. I have nothing to say but GREAT Product, Beyond comparable service (Meaning Excellent), Delivery has always been quicker than expected. As for the Web site well Darned if it doesn't match all the rest. Plus live help when needed. I have personally used/owned several of Educator products, always the same. Thank You

Fast shipping and we'll packaged. Collar was very large and had to be cut due to amount of extra holes. Unit came fully charged and worked flawlessly out of the box. If it had a nicer more eye appealing collar it would receive 5 stars.
