I have used the Educator Collars with all 3 of my dogs the product is excellent and the customer service is great. I had one of my collars die while on vacation I called and spoke to the customer service rep. he helped me trouble shoot and finally decided the item was dead. They shipped me out a new one immediately.

Excellent customer service and excellent products for a variety of different dog needs. I spoke with a gentleman named Byron and he was very informative and helpful in helping me choose my next educator e collar model. The model i current have is the 302 but my training needs have changed. Byron was amazing and i will be going with the 800 model. The 300 is a great model and has lasted through all kinds of different harsh environments and consistent daily use. I will always stick to educators they are build to last and take a beating where other remotes and collars have failed on me.

I purchased a Zen 300 and have been very happy with the product. I am considering to get additional reciever for my other dog but didn't know what would be the best option. Easy to use and small size

We initially didn’t want to use these but all other training approaches we tried didn’t work on our two young shelter dogs. Working with a great trainer, we went this route and have seen remarkable progress in their training.

I am thrilled with the results of using your collar.now I can let my dog be loose in the unfenced yard knowing he will come when called. He is happier being able to run and chase balls and butterflies and not be restricted ny leash. The adjustable power levels were perfect for different levels of distraction .

I'm very impressed with the customer service!! Byron the Product Specialist was so incredibly helpful in helping me pick out a size appropriate ecollar for my 6 pound Chihuahua. Ended up picking out the vibrate only collar as its receiver is smaller. He even swapped out the bulkier regular collar for a 3/4 Nylon one. I'm thrilled to get the product. Very impressed!

I have had ecollar for almost 2 years now. Started with the mini and was upgraded to the pro. I kind of like the mini better. There are lots of features I love on this. It does what it says it will do. My complaints are as follows: 1.)You can't really use the light function; it is not easy to do on the fly. I liked the ease of turning on the light with my mini educator, which I liked better than this model overall. 2.)It has randomly reprogrammed itself twice now. one of the times this happened after charging; I noticed that two buttons were not working... turns out it had put itself onto 2 dog mode and those buttons were for (nonexistent) dog 2. 3.)It does not float. We swim a lot. I keep it around my neck but I worry about losing it. 4.) There is no version for left handed people. The good: I hear that it is better than other brands. The customer service can't be beat. When my mini educator stopped working correctly, they replaced it and upgraded me to this model. They also replaced my collar and receiver when the receiver battery went out. First, they sent me the wrong battery, but instead of just sending me the correct battery, they sent me a new collar receiver; even better. They are always friendly and helpful if you have an issue. It seems to be a good company. I am happy with my purchase and overall happy with the product despite the couple of hiccups.
