Outstanding!

My EZ-902has taken a fall off my trailer at 55mph and I saw it skipping down the road. Next my Malinois puppy (7 months) failed a short stint out of her kennel without us here. She worked it over pretty well. I tried boiling the case, not on unit, in an attempt to reshape the case. Boiling failed so I used a blowtorch, on the case, to reshape the case to fit enough for zip tie to finish the endurance patina.

Bought replacement collar/receiver ET-800 and Flex Collar Strap for old one (approx 2 yrs old) which would not hold battery charge anymore. New one works very well without problems (approx 1 month current usage) and Flex strap is comfortable, fits well with easy adjustments.

This company is absolutely fantastic! I had to return a receiver for replacement, and the process was quick and painless! The technicians are knowledgeable and very helpful. This collar is wonderful. 12 month old Cavachon has responded to the collar immediately only set on vibration at this time for training. Have not had to use static controls at all. Highly recommend and is very easy to set up and use. Byron was very helpful and knowledgable. Best collar and easiest ever used.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this product deserves it. I absolutely love it!

I received my product very quickly after ordering. The customer support team sent my free PDF e-collar training book when I asked them to (the original email either didn't get sent or got lost somehow). The product is very well designed and delivers a consistent stimulation at the level it is set to. Vibrate, tone, and night light are very convenient features. Distance range is more than enough for the average pet owner. Overall, I am happy with the purchase, even if I don't always use the stim.

This collar really works great!

The contact points I had on my e-educator were long. I had german shepherds. Now I have a pit mix and I worried about them digging into her neck, so I ordered the shorter ones. The ordering process was easy. They came earlier than expected and are the perfect fit. She's much more responsive to these contact points and can wear her collar without me worrying about erosion into her skin. Of course I change the position frequently. Would recommend this vendor and these contact points for a medium short haired dog.

DH and reviewed a few sites and UTube for several dog collars before making a decision. We just got our first hunting puppy in about 10 years. Its been a while! Never used this type of collar with previous dogs. However, we have moved to a densely wooded area and a few commands to our little bundle of joy are NON NEGOTIABLE> So far this is helping him understand that, though he is very very good, easy to train etc. Anyway, our order of the two hunter collars arrived very quickly, two days?? The only thing I will mention is that the clasp on our lanyard was broken. I called and they had that replaced in two days! Very impressed with everything so far. Thank you
