I worked with Debbie and Tony Scaletta who were very candid, forthright and clear about pricing, expectations, and things to look out for. During the sales process, they were very informative and easy to do business with. Since I was moving into a new home and we were not able to see the garage, we came to an agreement that was based on an estimate but the scope was clearly subject to change based on the actual condition and size of the garage (this was completely fair for both sides). Due to the great discussions and a strong recommendation from a friend, I decided to trust/go with EncoreGarage.
The final in-home consult with Tony went smoothly as we picked dates, finishes and colors. The crew showed up on time for the job and did a great job explaining the process. For my home, the scope included finishing our garage and a small breezeway - both had different finishes. Upon completion, we were ecstatic about the garage, but we were not happy with the breezeway. I called Tony to discuss and they immediately reached out and scheduled a consult the next day. Less than 24 hours later, their lead crew member came out, heard our thoughts, and simply fixed the job over several hours that day. I was taken back by the responsiveness and the awesome fix on the breezeway.
