On the day of the sales call, the sales rep, TJ showed up on time, met with my husband, and did a great job on communicating and quoting enough that my husband was very satisfied with the quote. The price was basically in line with other quotes we had. The quote and experience was good enough that we called that night to book the job. They wanted 50% down. The scheduling was 2 weeks out, but we had to schedule a month out due to our schedule.
The company needs to improve its communication before and after the job, but after several follow up discussions, I believe that the communication will improve dramatically with other customers in its communications. I have to give them a C on their responsiveness/communications based on our initial experience, but think new customers will give it an and quot;Aand quot;.
We had several issues with the floor that resulted in a redo, but the end result is FABULOUS. So it is a good sign that a company will stand by their product and service. You can tell the quality of a company and its professionalism by the way they deal with problems, and how they turn it around so that the end result is total customer satisfaction. This company has done that. I feel confident that their lifetime warranty is really worth something now.
The floor is well done, crisp clean edges on and quot;curbsand quot; in garage,, smooth floor with shiny granite looking effect with nice curves at the apron - it looks great!!
