This was my first experience co-signing, and applying online for a loan. Three star experience because when we went to the website it doesn't list any of the documents you need. The borrower and I just started guessing at one point. We did eventually get the right ones some how because we got the loan. It seemed like jumping through hoops. I'm not sure we will do it again if we need extra for anything else.

Had used a different bank over the past 5 years with my three college students. We kept using the other bank due to familiarity. That bank no longer did student loans and we needed to find a loan for my youngest for her senior year. We found EDvestinU and their process was so easy. Ridiculously high intrest rates. I have a 790 credit score with 10 years of credit history and they still gave me a 7.3% rate. I am also working while in school at Northwell Health (a reputable company) and have been a full time worker for the past 8 years so it was a little insane to me.

I loved the lower rates I could get, but the beginning process was a little difficult to understand through the website.

The people were accommodating and the process of getting my student loans figured out was simple and quick. Highly recommend to student out there looking for private loan options.

The APR rate of my student was the lowest amongst any other student loan that is why I chose it. Not only that, the staff in edvestinu are so nice and very helpful.

Customer service os good but there was some glitches with resetting password on computer. Had to request you to send one, didn’t work to try it on computer
