The whole process was super easy. And when I had questions, I received great customer service.

The process could've been clearer. There were to many emails with instructions to do or check things that had already been done or checked. Things were often poorly described. Like this email, which says to Enter to Win! without actually saying anything about what exactly you're entering to win. It's weird.
