Granite Edvance has been wonderful in supporting my financial needs as I pursue my degree! The website is user-friendly, and the loan application was very straightforward. Firstmark Services has been handling my repayment process, and their customer service is not great; when I call with questions, the representatives do not seem very knowledgeable, and I've always needed a specialist to clarify and correct the representative. However, Granite Edvance customer support has been very helpful!

Dealing with Granite Edvance was extremely easy. Their rates were by far better than any other private institution rates we found. It was an easy process to follow and they kept us updated at every step. This was our first year using them, but I will be going back to Granite Edvance for the next 3 years of my daughter's college career. Thank you for a great experience!

I thought working with Granite Edvance (GE) was hassle free even though we changed the amount of the loan midway through the process. This was the university's issue as they initially would not certify the amount that we initially wanted to request from GE based on the amount of credit hours my son signed up for. Upon their review of his future expenses and after a tweak in his credit hours, the university increased the amount they would eventually certify. GE just rolled with it and things worked out fine. GE was clear as to what our expectations should be during each step of the way so thank you!
