Seemless onboarding and competitive interest rate.

All was done promptly but the site might have some issues. It would say all my forms were received and under review but in actuality, there was something done incorrectly on my part. I wouldn’t have know until I called to check in on the progress of the loan approval.

The whole process seemed to get dragged out. There were times that I would have liked to talk to talk to a person about the process and it was difficult to get ahold of someone. It seemed that everything had to be taken care of via email.

The only company that gave me the time of day when it came to refinancing the loan-- I really appreciate the quickness and the help

Smooth transition

Rate was what drew me to refi through EDVESTIN U the issue was the submitting of need information to process the loan. I was asked to repeatedly scan and send information in when I provided the documents I was asked to do this again. I finally was about to give up when I sent I message stating that all documents have been submitted and that I could not send anything different for them to process. Only then did the process seem to move on and send the payments to my refinance loan issuers.

Everyone over there is very professional and patient!
