It was VERY difficult to get the necessary paperwork to your underwriters. the download through our portal did not accept what we were trying to send. Thanks to a couple of your phone people I was able to send them a personal email directly to their work email to get the paperwork in.

Fast and easy approval process.

I was led to believe I would get a lower interest rate then the one I received. Had I know what interest rate I was going to get I would have taken my business elsewhere. Also, it took almost 2 month for the loan to close & make a payment. I would not recommend your services.

Good Process, Good Controls, Well Managed

The whole process was pretty simple. much nicer than the run around i was getting with my previous loan company when i tried to refi through them. The only thing that would have made it a 5 star for me would have been to be more aware of where they were in the process, and if it were timed so i could have not had to make a loan payment while everything was processing.

I know I'm not the primary party on this loan but I was elected to provide all the documentation, supply responses to all questions/queries related to and review of Valentina's application and Susan's co-signed documents. I must say, in all my experience in the financial world, I have never experienced such a well designed and easily executed process that the experience assisting Valya to put this Lian in place. To put this comment in perspective, I'm a CPA by training and an Internal Audit Director for a publicly traded financial services company for the past 15+ years as well as dabble in Real Estate finance on the side. I really believe your process is stellar from application to distribution of funds and all the contact points in between.
