Wonderful shop, great products

I was scared it wouldn't fit me since I have been disappointed in how small kigurumi are made however I bought the XL and it fit me loosely which is exactly what I wanted! I am 6'3" and 290lbs The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that the black on the kigurumi that I bought was less black then I would have wanted it looked a bit faded.

DANKE YOU!!!!1 XDDDD

Great quality kigurumi and incredibly fast free shipping! Will definitely order again!

Hi K_S I got my Toothless Kigurumi yesterday and I love it !!!! its amazing well done and looks great but I just feel that the size doesn't fit well, (I purchase a XL size) so I think Ill request a change for the same article but in a smaller size otherwise I love your service and surely I ll get in contact for further orders Oscar O_K

I love it!

Great. Love relaxing in my kigurumi

Arrived quickly and is more comfy and cozy than I had expected! I love it~

Great shopping experience. I will recommend.

Love my manatee Kigurumi! It was out of stock at first, but I was notified quickly when they were back in stock.

This was a gift for my teenage granddaughter and she loves it!! Sizing is great and it seems to be of great quality!

literally said it’d take two to four day shipping when i called, then wasn’t here until the day AFTER halloween. i wouldn’t be as mad if it weren’t for the fact i got littlw to no updates about where it was

I don't normally write reviews so for me to write a review for Kigurumi Shop really means something.. Although, I ended up returning my order (changed mind), I was really pleased with customer service in handling my return. I contacted the shop by email and the responses were always within minutes! Thank You so much for your excellent customer service and keep it up! Will definitely look into other purchases in the near future. :D

Great experience with this company. Website is easy to navigate, videos showing various sized Kigurumi's on models of various height and weight was so helpful. The hedgehog is soft and comfortable to wear and has soft inner stitching so can be worn with or without undergarments. Thank you for a great shopping experience. I'll be ordering more from this company.

I was annoyed that I paid extra for two day delivery and it took longer. Very stressful waiting for it to come. Needed item that week. Product was fine.

Really warm and really comfortable, very cute as well. It's only one layer, with no lining or anything so I'm not sure it's worth the price. Size does fit very well though, even though I am plus size.

They were professional throughout the entire process. I was getting an error with the tracking number and they made sure i received the package when i was supposed to.

My wife loves the Shiba Inu Kigurumi I got for her, it's very high quality, warm, colorful and shipped faster than expected.

Quick delivery! Great quality!

Very comfortable, seems to be good quality, and looks exactly like the picture. Shipping was incredibly fast.
