Great service, quick delivery. I just wish shipping details were more easily available. I received a tracking number, but there is no information (from having searched the website details and FAQ) on who the shipper is, or a link where I can input the number. I saw that it may be in an Amazon box, but there is nothing from what I saw to track it VIA Amazon.

Great experience from start to finish and my kigu is the cutest. Perfect for fall coziness!!

Fantastic product! I ordered two kigurumis but they came separately on different days so that's why it was only 4 stars.

Product came a lot earlier than expected, especially during Covid. Amazing quality! Very fleecy. Smelled a big strange, but that's just from the plastic packaging containing the kigurumi.

Came quickly and looks good! Box was slight destroyed but I blame the transportation.

Arrived on time, great quality and official licensed product! I bought a Stitch kigurumi and it is excellent quality. Also comes in a convenient hanger bag, definitely gonna use it for storing! I’m planning on buying from this site again!

Great quality product, easy shopping experience, and prompt shipping!

Cute and comfy! My 12yo daughter loves it and she’ll be able to wear it into adulthood.

Great product just wish they made them slightly longer for taller people but I love mine

Awesome kigurumi. Great quality and very comfortable.

Just as cute and comfy as the last obe i ordered, wish more of your designs came in xl size though as im a taller person

I absolutely adore my new kigurumi! Price was a bit high until I received the product and realized how well made it is, definitely worth the price I paid!

My only issue was that I got my order tracking info on the day that it arrived. Otherwise, great service!

i'm super happy with my kigu! it arrived pretty quickly and in perfect condition. ALSO-the quality is super high, so i definitely got a good deal.

Had my eye on a Kigu for a number of years now. Finally got my Snorlax and had to order a couple more styles for my family. I ordered an XL and was a little concerned about the fit, for no reason at all. It's great! Now our home has five Kigus. So great.

My kigurumi did not disappoint! My main concern is just the box choice for the delivery. My order looked like it was gonna burst out if it wasn’t reinforced with the extra tape from the shipment facility.

Loved my new snorlax kigu, it came much faster than expected considering covid has been delaying all my other orders. It's super comfy and has pockets too!

The only problem I have is that I wish the products where described in better detail.

Fast shipping and awesome product

excellent quality and absolutely adorable as always! i got matching rilakkuma and korilakkuma kigus for my boyfriend and i for his birthday (i havent given him his yet, but i know hell love it x3 !)
