Very high quality furniture, very pleased with Alex communication that helped throughout the process of: showing product in the showroom, making exclusive render to help us choose exactly what we want, and shipping and assembling the wall bed, sofa and a bookcase. As for the assembly team, they were great! On time, clean very professional! And they listen to every whim of us, like where to put the bed or the bookcase before finally mounting it to the wall. After the assembly the room was even cleaner than before!! Very disapointed: 1. Delivery process: left behind huge palate 2. foam packing broken in many pieces with scraps blowing in the wind 3. The front of the bed came in three pieces which is not pictured as such. We expected better service and product from an European product. Would return it if we could.

Could not be happier! From the moment we met with Zara at the show room right up to the installation, everything went so smoothly. Zara answered any questions or concerns we had immediately. The installers came on time, with the right tools and knew EXACTLY what they were doing. The bed itself is so easy to use and has really opened up space in our studio apartment. We purchased the mattress separately from Nectar. After years of looking for a Murphy bed, my only regret is that I did not do it sooner.

So place is awesome, had a bed installed for over a year now and the quality is great and very affordable, especially when compared to other places. Also, the turnaround was super quick and delivery / installation was smooth, def would recommend this to anyone.

We are so happy with our bed! Murphy beds are expensive and we were nervous about the investment. While this bed was a little pricier than others you can buy online, the quality, design input and customization, professional installation, and customer service we received was 100% worth any additional costs. Highly recommend!

Very High Quality Furniture that looks beautiful as well as being functional. It's very easy to raise and lower the bed and the action is smooth. My only negative would be that there is no self-leveling desk option for Twin Size beds. It was worth it for me to have Multimo install the beds but it looks someone with the time and some basic skills would be able to do it with another person helping.

I had a fantastic experience! We were very impressed with the quality and professionalism in the NYC showroom- that really won us over. Delivery was within 3 weeks. The delivery and assembly by their team was quick and easy. I was most concerned with the fact that their pieces are made of compressed particle board. However, when you look at the material up close and feel it, you can see it's very sturdy and looks great in any room. Their communication was flawless throughout the process. We are very happy with our Murphy Bed and would definitely recommend to anyone!
