My sales representative followed on request, the scheduler did a great job arranging the delivery and installation, and the installers were on time and prompt with installation. I bought the Royal Queen from WallBedPlace and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Zara and support provided by Alex. First, I was told by some other sellers that it would take 3 months to receive the wall bed I wanted (some of the other ones were not Multimo). I visited the NYC location (easy setup), where Zara told me they had a shipment coming in the following week, and she and Alex coordinated immediately, and within a few days of the container arriving Zara told me they had the product I wanted. The product was delivered a week or two later, with Zara keeping us apprised of the status along the way. Second, I set the bed up myself, but needed some troubleshooting from Alex (I'd recommend talking to him first before setting up the bed). He was always available, and very, very helpful. Based on the customer service experience, I will definitely be buying from them again!

Multimo is, hands down, the BEST place to shop for a Murphy bed! Most Murphy beds are ugly, old fashioned and LOOK like there’s a bed in there. Multimo’s design is modern, unique and the quality of their mechanism is superior to any other out there! And my favorite part , you provide them a picture of your space and they will show you exactly what you will get. That makes all the difference. My husband and I are pretty picky and we were blown away by this company. Highly recommend them

I just got our Multimo bunk bed! My son is ecstatic! The quality of this bed is solid and well made! The design is amazing and fits in a small New York bedroom and actually sleeps 3 comfortably. Dealing with the owner Alex has been such a pleasure! He worked directly with me with measurements and making sure the bed fit perfectly in my space. Alex was always available via phone, text and email. The delivery men with Slavia in the lead were knowledgeable about the product, friendly and precise. They spent extra time with rearranging some furniture and went over and above! My friends have seen our unit and are amazing how awesome it looks! What wonderful service and products! Alex spent a lot of time with me to ensure I picked out the right pieces for my apartment and then followed up to make sure it was all installed correctly. It all look beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

The process was a breeze from start to finish. We ordered an in-stock model and it shipped when the company said it would ship. Delivery was professional and friendly as was customer service. While the installation took some time, the instructions were easy to follow and totally worth the effort to have a family member, who is a contractor, install the bed. The quality of the cabinetry & mechanisms are top-notch, it's sturdy, well made & and it looks great! We've gotten tons of compliments and those who have slept on it said it was comfortable. NOTE: we used our own mattress. I would definitely recommend Multimo to friends, and in fact, already have. Totally worth the price and I know we will use the horizontal wall bed for a long, long, time.

Excellent customer service and product quality!!! I bought one queen and a bunk bed, and I moved to another apartment, and the Multimo team transferred and installed the beds in our new home.

Overall the whole experience was pretty good. Assembling queen size wall bed was definitely not a simple task for me just because I had limited space to work with, and definitely you need a second pair of hands at certain steps. I had Alex on the video call to help me out as my bed was standing little bit farther from the wall than the bracket was supporting. He was very helpful. I can surely say that customer service is excellent. I did have some dilemmas about certain assembling steps. You have to match the picture and look for the details of what goes where. In some steps some screws were not pictured, so I have to use deduction and some logic. I would give 7 of 10 for clarity of the instructions. Either way, the quality of materials is very good, packaging was very good. The lifting mechanism is smooth and works very well. My bed has a white surface and we covered the front by a 'wall mural' to make a nice appearance.

Slava and Igor ( I hope that’s the correct spelling) were sensational today. My wallbed looks terrific and they delivered and installed it with a great challenge (no elevator). I’m thrilled. Thanks again.

While there was some hick up on my wall bed (not closing properly), customer service is extradionary and try to help me solve the problem via video chat. Technician came to ultimately resolve the problem. Very satisfy with the service and the product.

Very responsive company. I had a number of questions about the bed, and they were all quickly answered (and by someone who works right in the showroom, and seems to know the products well). For example, I was worried about how the bed packages would be configured when they arrive (questioning if I would be able to handle them on my own, or if I would need another person to help). The delivery went smoothly (through the shipping company they hired) - only a few of the packages required more than one person to manage them, and at most 2 people were needed - and none of the pieces were damaged, and we had no missing parts. There are quite a few parts (bolts and nuts, etc.). It took 2 of us (one who is used to making cabinets) about 5 hours to put this twin sized murphy bunk bed together (that is 2 beds that fold up into the wall). So it is some effort; the instructions could use some additional details, but the company is so responsive that everything can be figured out.
