Very easy to hire an instrument and couldn’t believe how efficiently and rapidly it arrived. Website was brilliantly helpful and well written. Easy to understand and gave me exactly the information I required. Really appreciated that there was a choice of 3 quality brands of instrument to hire and the difference between each was well explained. A really easy, positive experience and would not hesitate to use again or recommend. Perhaps my only slight concern is the lack of detail - how and when I return it, what happens if it gets stolen, etc. I expect this is all on the website and I only missed it because I was hiring so late at night!
