Very impressed with the speed of turnaround and with the quality of the instrument. It is in excellent condition and may even be brand new , as the case looks to be in perfect condition.

Great deal of renting a 1/2 cello for my son. Easy to go through website, clear instructions on rental process,and cheaper than other dealers. Also the instrument had a quick delivery. It came packed well-deserved for an instrument with enough dunnage in the box restricting the item to move freely inside the box. Also the item was resting not just on dunnage but also foam pads. The instrument came with a bow, resin, and soft padded case. I am a happy customers.

Arrived promptly and safely packaged. Cello was in great condition, customer service was friendly and quick. Will definitely hire the cello again in future when I can get lessons from tutor.

Easy to order and we received the violin quickly. The instrument, bow, etc. are all great quality - especially for a student instrument. I am impressed with the ease of rental and quality of product. My only complaint is that one tuning peg is a bit loose and slips quite easily, which is unfortunate, but this will be pretty straightforward to have fixed.
