The salesman/ estimator was knowledgeable and respectful. He kept his appointments and gave an accurate estimate of when the work would be done. The work was done as specified and the fence looks great!

Called NEO Fence & Deck for an estimate to fence in the rear yard. Jeremy promptly came out, measured the yard and provided an estimate. We had wanted the job completed for our granddaugter's birthday party on May 5. Jeremy indicated that he would try to have the work completed by that date, but included on the estimate that if that wasn't possible, then work would be started after that date. We were happy that the work was stated and completed before the party. We would definitely recommend NEO Fence and Deck to others.

Made a call for an estimate. Rick promptly returned the call and gave us an estimate within a week or so, which included a diagram of the fence so we were able to see just what work they would do. We had some questions based on the diagram and someone called back and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We agreed to have the work done by them. They told us it might take a few weeks before they could do the work since they were quite busy. About three weeks later the fence was back up. We were happy about that, but noticed there were a few pickets that we expected to be replaced, that where not. Called them back and spoke with Jim who was pleasant and assured us that they would get back out to replace more pickets. They did as promised without any hassle, or additional charge. Overall we are pleased with the work. We will see how the fence holds up during any heavy winds but we have faith that it will. Thanks, Rick, Jim and all who did their part. P.S. The rating on quality does not reflect the actually work but is contingent on if all holds up during heavy winds. Otherwise, we can say this company does excellent work!

They did a wonderful job. I had gotten three prices, which I usually do. The one company gave me a better price, but they couldn't do it as quickly. This company matched the price and did it more expediently. Within two weeks time, I had the fence in.

They had on their contract that they were a part of Angie's List. They had to repair 20 feet on the fence and put up two gates and then they also put some posts in the ground. It was a father and son that did this work on my rental property. The son also came and did some work for me at my own home and he put up a gate at my home and charged me $285.00. They have done work for me before years ago; they had put up a fence for me that is why I called them again. I will continue to use them again in the future if needed.

Beginning in 2011, we solicited several estimates to re-fence our backyard and, even though all estimates were within $200 (and just a few feet of materials) of each other, Jeremy at NEO Fence stood out as the best choice as his fencing design and solution was the most attractive for our property. We have a pretty unique backyard with an elevated lot, multi-level terrain and lots of rock; Jeremy didn't seem at all phased and I found it comforting that it would be 'his' crew and not subcontractors that will perform the work. He thoroughly explained the process to us and made sure we understood all of the options for the fencing.He has been very patient with us, as it's taken us a few months to make up our mind and also to save up the money for the project. We just signed the contract and work will begin in late May/early June (my husband and I requested the later start date; Jeremy made it clear they could have accommodated the work at any time). I have every reason to believe we'll be able to write a positive follow up review after the fence is completed.

Rick was very attentive and responsive. Rick and I made an appointment to meet at my home for the estimate. Rick was not only on time but he was early and had called my cell to tell me that he would be a few minutes early. Rick was very professional and never tried to over sale any items or services that I did not need. He was also very informative when it came to the different options and the maintenance of the fence. We concluded the estimate and Rick told me and my wife exactly the date that they would be able to start building the fence. I called on Friday March 23 to have a fence put up on one side of my yard where the neighbor has a wooden fence that is now in need of much repair. I have a brown vinyl coated anchor chain on three sides of my yard already. They came out that very day and quoted me the price and gave me the Angies list discount and said they would be back the next week. They came out the following Tuesday and installed the poles and today Friday the 30th and one week after I called the fence is installed! They are a courteous and call before they come, clean up after themselves and I would highly recommend them.

Project went perfectly. They came in and removed the old fence on Friday 3/16 setting the new posts in concrete and saying that the concrete should set up for a couple of days. They called on Monday 3/19 to say they would be on site at 10 AM 3/20. They arrived on time, installed the panels of fencing within 4 hours, cleaned up the work site and left without a hitch. They came out right away to determine what needed to be done to repair gate and gave me an estimate the same day . They came back within 48 hrs to fix, and it is working better than ever now! Very professional and courteous to deal with. Will be calling them to straighten out another part of the fence. Wish I had used them for the original installation. The price was fair, and the job was completed very quickly.

I purchased this house 3 years ago (short sale) in a west side neighborhood of Cleveland Ohio. Neighbors on the east side of my property had previously placed a small decorative fence along my driveway and connected it to my garage. It was clearly noted on the Mortgage survey that they were encroaching on my property. I had asked them in a written letter to move their fence and they responded through their UAW Attorney (Carie Becker) claiming that the fence was on their property and had been standing for more than 21 years. I was advised by Rick with NEOFC to order a property survey, which I did have done and again it clearly showed their encroachment. I was also advised to contact the City of Cleveland Building and Housing Dept. and ask for an Inspector to come out and view the the property survey and issue a citation to the adjacent property owners. After the City had issued a building permit for the new fencing to be installed, I was finally able to have an inspector "Charles Davis" from the City of Cleveland come out to my house after many requests. Basically, the inspector did nothing to help facilitate the situation or issue a citation. Again, I repeatedly asked why the City was not going to issue a citation and I never received a clear definitive answer. NEOFC did proceed with installing my new fence and the "neighbors" called the police during the construction, the Officers asked to see the building permit and property survey, then they allowed the workers to finish the construction. I am very happy with my new fence (great job). As the old saying goes "Fences make the best neighbors".

They had a work permit that told them they could start working so they set some poles but the commission told them they had to move them in a foot so they came back out and moved the poles and they came in about 100 dollars under the estimate which I was pretty surprised about. I would recommend them. I am going to use them for a deck in the future.

I was completely satisfied. The price that they quoted me was the price that they charged. I had to call him back out as a tree had fallen on my fence. He gave me a quote over the phone and that was the price that he charged me. He came out in a timely manner.
