Bob from NEO Fence gave me an estimate in late April after our dog slipped her lead and ran off. He helped me obtain reasonable financing and was very flexible on the scheduling only requiring a 2 week lead time. He even came out again right before the install to walk the proposed fence line and we made a few last minute changes. The guys installed the posts on one of the hottest days in July and of course the forecasted isolated thunderstorms isolated right over our house during the work. The fencing was installed a week later which is the only thing that caught me off guard. I didn't consider the need for cure time and thought the whole thing would be done in one day. All in all I am very happy with their work and am now considering a new deck. The dog is also very happy with ability to run off lead.

They were very prompt and quick. They did an excellent job - I've received so many compliments on the work they did.

Installation went well. Needed to have two recalls to get the gate to swing properly. They did not use their regular painter to paint the fence, and it showed. Had to have them come out a second time to get a good covering, and I still had to do a little touch up myself.

Very courteous and knowledgeable sales person- after tonight we decided to go forward with the quote and will be able to update once install is finished. They are booking 4 weeks out which kind of stinks but we will take it as it is busy season.

The work went well. The company was quite professional in their dealings with me.

They were good. They even came when there was rain so I thought that was something to get it done. I thought they did good work. We were happy. We were satisfied with them and we would be happy to recommend them and hire them again.

From start to finish we have been pleased with the service we received from NE Ohio Fence & Deck. On all occasions they were prompt & professional. Someone came out to give us an estimate, then the crew came out to set the posts and then lastly, they constructed the actual fence on site. They were even working in very cold, windy & rainy weather. We initially were not pleased with the aesthetics of the gates that were constructed, but the crew came back out immediately to fix them to our liking (they were functional, just not the "look" we wanted) & actually explained to us that the gates they are using are extremely durable as opposed to the better looking gates that usually break within the first year. They definitely gave the impression that keeping the customer happy is important to the company. We will definitely use this company again if we have any fence or deck needs.

Excellent overall experience. From estimate to installation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I would definitely hire them again.

They were very efficient. They got the proper permits and removed the old fencing when the job was done. I really like the work they provided. We really didn't have to do anything after we contacted them. We would use them again in the future if we needed to.

The staff were courteous, diligent and hardworking. They even came in on Saturday and Sunday, in order to ensure the job would be completed within our 1 week deadline, which we requested upon booking. We will defintely be calling them in the future for our deck.

I think Northeast Ohio Fence did a great job. The owner was very nice when he came to give an estimate. He explained my options and gave a quote which was the final price paid. I was worried about how long it would take to install and he said they would be done by mid April. They actually came to do the work Monday April 1 and were finished by Saturday. That included having the poles set in the cement which took two days. The workers who came to the house were polite. They kept the work cleaned up each day. They explained what they were doing and asked if I was happy with the progress. The lumber was delivered and the gates were made in their shop. The worker also picked up the fence that was taken down. They did a nice job incorporating the tree stump into the fence. I would use the company again if I needed any other services that they perform. I felt that they seemed trust worthy which I consider important when determining who to have do work. I just

They held the estimate from November until last week. They got back to me very quickly. He replaced the whole driveway length of fence. They even cut the tree root out that was in the way of them putting the fence in and didn't charge extra. They did the whole thing in two days and they were great.
