I was looking for someone who could process the refinancing of both of my vehicles and I decided to try Open Road Lending. I needed to lower the payments and interest rates. I support my daughter and her children and when she became ill and couldn't work it made it harder on me. Since my experience was so great, I decided to get my GMC refinanced and this time I worked with Jalisa Thompson. I think these two ladies are the best. Lexi was great! She answered all my questions, made sure it was a quick and seamless process. Communication was flowing and I never had to wonder where we were in the process.
