Love Pangea! Customer service can’t be beat! Have such a wide variety of products for my reptiles (6 snakes, a lizard, and 2 geckos) plus my 10 spiders.

I am so pleased with my order. Ordered isopods, powder blue - 10 count, and what arrived was far more than 10 adults and also included isopods in younger life stage. The substrate they were packet in was still moist, and I did not see any dead isopods. I also ordered a culture of Springtails, and the jury is still out on that since they are too tiny to see with the naked eye, I'm just hoping since their isopods were so mighty that their springtails would be, too. Also, they sent me a cool sticker, which just delighted me bc I LOVE STICKERS! Yes, I'm a 40-yr old who stills gets excited for stickers. I will absolutely order from them again!

I received the correct, well packaged items I ordered very quickly, which I loved. There was a question about my address and instead of just going ahead and sending it they took the time to call me and confirm my mailing address. I have already placed my second order with them. I would highly recommend as long as they keep practicing the standards they implement now.

Wonderful pieces of cork bark. My only complaint would be that a couple pieces came broken, making them cork flats or trowels more so.

It was my first time ordering from Pangea. I was very happy with the quality of all the products I received! I got some artificial plants for my geckos and bearded dragons. I love how they look in their tanks! Got some new gecko diets for my crested gecko to try, who has only ever eaten Zoo Med and Repashy diets. My crested loves the new flavors so far! I'm so happy bc I want there to be a variety in their diet. I sent an email to ask about a scale. I received a reply quickly and they were very helpful. I can't wait to order from Pangea again, soon!

Got it quite fast and the box and items were great condition, only down side was putting the brackets on, they were a little smaller then they should and couldn’t get on till the 30th attempt, plus sharp be careful.
