Super quick shipping but I am blessed to live relatively close. Product is as described and was appropriately packed up. Zero complaints. The Herpstat 4 is an amazing device that has drastically improved my reptile setup, I only wish I would've bought it sooner.

Absolutely wonderful. The rock ledge is perfect, silicone feeding cups fit well and stay in place. I recently (finally) was able to get a crested gecko, she's loving the food! It's helping us bond bc she always watches me make it.
