The ordering process was pretty easy, but the chips arrived looking darker and not quite as clear as they were on screen in the preview images. They are not as nice looking as we were hoping for.

Relatively easy site to customize your chips. I used them for a golf tournament to augment tee signs. The Golf Ball Marker Chips are great enabling a picture, phone number, and slogans, etc. Better than giving someone a business card on a golf course. It worked as a great fund raiser for us. Company was easy to work with. I originally was thinking 4 stars because I did have a couple of small issues but really nothing given the ability to produce these without any instructional training was amazing.

Chips came out great and we will be ordering again when these run out.

I thought I ordered a customized chip. The website allowed me to create a personalized chip and gave me an invoice for $ 16.00 . I paid it and I received 4 sample chips of random pictures on it. I contacted the company and I was told, it shouldn’t have let you customize a chip. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have the receipt showing what I created and the charge for it it.

The overall time-line wasn't terrible. And the quality of the chips is amazing. Casino quality for sure, and I've worked in a few of em. The details in the logo too! Fully recommend.

I do think you over market- I ordered this product for work and now my personal social media is COVERED in your ads which is annoying. The product however was perfect. Additionally; I asked before the order, with the order and immediately following the order for a phone call as I had a deadline and questions- never did get it… so as a small business I am giving the product which was perfect 5 stars; the customer service 0 stars & if I could review your ad technology- again 0 stars. I do hope to order again down the line however- so product 5 stars.

Chips came out fantastic and very happy with the outcome. I was informed by your team that there were some supply issues, but that worked very hard to fulfill my order and get them to me in time for my event. I will be ordering another set very soon for my next event in Colorado in late June. The response i received from my friends that I give the chips to was overwhelming and they were all blown away on how I got them made and how well they looked/felt. 5 Stars!!!!! Thanks, Lee Falls
