I wish there would have been some dialog

Ordered some custom poker chips for an upcoming fundraising golf tournament. There are definitely some pro and cons to share with anyone interested... Pros - great price - with the 20% discount for purchasing $150+, the chips came out to $1.09/chip, which is very inexpensive. The chips are great quality, heavy, durable and nice color. The set up process was easy and the product was made and shipped out quickly. Cons - the main complaint I have about the chips is the printing. The designs are printed on stickers and the printing isn't as crisp as I hoped. Also the stickers are cut and placed onto each chip, and some of the edges aren't cut as clean as others. So it just means some minor imperfections. But overall, great product and I would use them again.

Poker chips came out great. There was a lack of communication from the company and they did not meet my deadline, which ended up costing me significantly more in shipping (due to the company's lack of communication) End result: Good poker chips, will likely buy again.

The actual product, when finally received, is fantastic. The graphics are sharp. The chips are high-quality. I took off a couple of stars because of the lack of communication. I placed an order, and the website described turnaround time is very quick. I don’t remember exactly, but a matter of days. I reached out multiple times using the email and the instant chat online, to no avail. After thinking I was the victim of a scam, I started digging deeper, and finally found a phone number to a related sister company. The gal I spoke with, was wonderful and assured me my order and the company were real. They were simply backlogged with orders and short of staff. She confirmed shipment was happening, and shortly after that I got my shipment.

Speed and price could be better. We use these for drink rounds. A lot don't get returned so it an expense. Would like a better price point but we hear how nice they look so we keep coming back.

The customer service addressed my specific needs and expedited my requests. What a responsive organization! Plus the chips aren’t half bad either! Jk. You all did great! Thanks!

Great product, great price

Absolutely love the quality of these! Production was ruining behind and we weren’t going to receive the poker chips in time. The company was very kind to change our shipping address to our hotel and it was delivered before we even checked in. Thank you!

The product is good, but there is not a phone number and the Chat feature was not available when I tried to contact someone for assistance with an error in my order.

Quality of the product exceeded expectations

I did not receive my order for three weeks. The order missed the event I had these made for and now they are totally useless. Complete waste of money and time!
