Easy to use and navigate the website. Product that arrived, albeit weeks later, was quality and what I expected. The wait time to receive my order was way too long, especially for a local shipping address. The chips unfortunately arrived well past my event date and I had to reach out for an update to find that out. Good chips though.

The design tool is limited, as uploading vector files doesn't work, but the final product was good quality and well made.

I didn’t get what I ordered! They sent an email with my design and sent something completely different and wrong. I emailed them with my complaint and never got a response.10 out of 10 would not recommend.

I haven’t received my order and you’re asking for a review???

To start with, your website asked if there was a deadline; I gave the deadline which was 22 Mar but my order was placed on 3 mar. Which your website says all orders are ready to ship in 3 days. Even with the deadline my order got here on the even of the deadline. Then the back of the poker chip is unreadable, it looked perfect when I ordered it. I couldn’t use the poker chips so now I have 200 poker chips I can’t use for anything and couldn’t turn them over for the event because they got here late

Order Match 16th. Said was shipped a day later. No tracking number and no response 4 times I've tried to communicate through the email, the website chat, and fb messenger. Very unhappy right now. Needed them on the 29th and I get no response. And this was the 6th time I've ordered. Quality was always good, but the service to the customer sucks.

It was great, fast, simple and easy to work with them.
