Fabulous Chips!!! Great Service!!! Thank you!!!

Im sure its not your fault. But I never got my chips. Fed X said it was delivered but no chips here. I will look somewhere else. I never got got any feed back except this shopping experience. Lessons learned.

I placed an order back on Thanksgiving, never saw the order. I left 4 messages on their website and they never responded. Finally received the order Dec 29th. The product was stunning, but the customer service is enough to make me go somewhere else.

They make good work and exactly how we request. Only issue I have is the weight of chip, it’s too less.

An honest mistake was made with my order, and PokerChips.com went above and beyond to correct it. Top-notch customer service!

Poker chips turned out great. However, there was no communication other than confirmation of order and shipping. When order had not arrived timely as listed on order, I reached out to the supplier through website and email (no phone number was available). I never received a response. After 2 weeks (order said 3-5 business days) I got a shipping confirmation. This was my second order, the first one was on time so no need for additional information.

Mistake with the artwork but they immediately corrected and sent out replacement, I’m a multiple time buyer and sometimes need some patience but the quality is top notch and customer service is good

Super easy to order. Great UI. Quality of product awesome as well. Only complaint is the communication around the order was a little confusing, and at one point I wasn't sure if the company was functional.

The custom chips were fairly easy to design online . We ordered during Thanksgiving weekend so I expected a delay but was pleasantly surprised at how fast they processed the order and shipped the chips out . High quality chips and they look AMAZING ! Couldn’t be happier with our decision. Thanks for a great product.

Terrible experience. I ordered in august and the order was back ordered. I missed the event I needed them for and canceled my order. I still haven’t gotten money back on my credit card.
