Product is nice, I didn’t get my complete order (the case is MIA) and no response about the missing merchandise for a time-sensitive gift. Up until that point service was great.

Christo Had some problems at first but came through like a champ. I told him what I needed and he came through even though they have a little bit of shortages with possible employees or product. Thanks again for them getting these here when I need them.

Took over 3 months to get My order of Poker Chips. Very slow service. It said 3 to 5 days when I ordered, not 3 to 5 months. I would not recommend wasting Your money at this place. Horrible customer service.

The chips were beautiful and exactly what we needed! The service was fast, but most notably, I received a message from Mike suggesting an adjustment on my design that would make it ‘read’ better. I appreciated that and it made our chips look the best they could. This is definitely the company to work with!
