The product came to me exactly as I ordered it. We made custom poker chips for our Vegas-themed prom and they turned out perfectly.

I spent a lot of money on my chips I ordered as advertisement for a golf outing I was hosting. I received my chips and the image on the back wasn’t centered and definitely looked off. It was used to line up putts and would have thrown anyone off and would have reflected on my company, the host of the event. I passed on my concerns to the company and they said they had no way of centering it beyond what I designed on their site. I tried to center as well as possible with limited tools and they said sorry can’t help you. Total loss for me with no help on their part. Definitely a cold feeling and made sure the golfers in the outing were made known of the lack of customer service. If you design chips and the antiquated design tool your able to use doesn’t give you a precise reading then you should have a tool in your program that you can center just in case. Plus’s the order was a month late!

I ordered 500 chips that we r supposed to be shipped 4/21/22. As of May 3 I ha e not received them. I contacted them twice for a tracking number and only yesterday told that the person handling these type questions would not be in for several days. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Product was extremely late shipping and the logos were not aligned on the front and back. I had to reach out to them to hear that the product would be late shipping.

The chips looked great. But... the order was for blue chips and after 10 days I was informed that blue weren't in stock and we switched to orange which was a secondary color. If I had known sooner about the inventory issue, I might have made a different choice.
