Timothy Ashley has been brilliant for being patient and answering all my questions and spending lots of time explaining the basics for me as it was my first ever investment. He helped make my decision a lot easier for me and he was very informative. Lauren McCarthy was also very helpful with keeping in touch through email with helping me make my payment and sending documents to approve the transaction. Bit of a 'wobbly' start to our investment insofar as the whisky casks ordered were not all available. This resulted in changes plus an adjustment in the investment. That said overall we are pleased with our investment and have purchased more casks.
