I was so afraid of ordering a wig online, for many reasons. Would the quality be any good? Would the wig even arrive? However, after ordering my first wig I am absolutely delighted, the wig is stunning, people think it’s my hair ( and it will stay that way haha) and I have ordered my second wig, I am so delighted with everything, it’s good to find a company that delivers on customer service ( I even got a discount that I thought I had missed!) and that has great looking quality wigs. Valentine Wigs offer not only a wide range of quality wigs, but also excellent customer service. Richard, who answered my phone queries and emails, is friendly, attentive and professional, and will not rest until his customers are happy. Added to this, delivery was prompt, in discreet packaging, and I benefited from an interesting discount on the brand I was interested in at the time. My only issue is that it is difficult to see what the different colours of the wigs are like from the scroll down menu on the website when ordering, as the pictures are so small. But all in all, I would definitely recommend this company, and will be ordering again.

I purchased Raquel Welch Bravo from Valentine wigs. She arrived well before the estimated time and I could not have been happier! Richard always keeps me well informed on product availability, colors and if I twist his arm I am sure he would offer suggestions on the next winning Lottery numbers! Bravo is a fully hand tied wig and is so comfy I forget shes on my head. This is a Human hair piece which when washed has a lovely wave pattern should you desire a more Boho look! Very easy to blow dry and style to suit. I trust Valentine wigs completely as they have never let me down. Always price beat and most importantly "Deliver" in estimated time and well packed. Now my only suggestion is that they add more styles as I am running out of stock to buy ;-) I

I have worn wigs for many years, and was not happy with the service I was getting from a poplar wig site. I came across Valentine wigs whilst searching the best wig supplier ever. I mostly wear Noriko or Renee of Paris, and have never had any problems. RICHARD....is most helpful on any queries be it style or a change of colour, when you fancy a style change. Prompt delivery, and if you spend over £75 free recorded delivery. Also their discount club offers are amazing. Valentine wigs go that extra mile.

The wig care information sheet supplied with the last wigs says to wash wigs every 3 weeks and the advice given contradicts the instructions on the shampoo and conditioner bottles. Mistakenly we were sent a different type of conditioner with our last order but it seems that this is what I always should have been using! I get the impression that there is no good or clea advice for proper wig care. Frustrating for wigs that last 6 months only....
