I spent over $280.00 of my work time last week trying to pickup one bag of 100# BBQ Jerky mix seasoning that I had already payed for a week earlier. I also do not like walking into the mold infested customer service office any more. I will do my best not to go there in the future.
It was good, seasonings do look great. I do have to say though... Proactive chat would be cool, also, the best customer experiences are built through Zendesk ;)
