Just made 400 pork brats and we used the 32-35mm natural casings. It's our fourth year of using them and they are great. We used Ranch, Swiss, and Beer Brat seasonings. All are amazing flavor for our pork brats.

Hello, Thank you for the equipment that you sent me. The stuffer was on backorder but still received it in a timely matter. However, the packing was very good but when I took the stuffer out of the box and put it on the granite countertop, the base of the stuffer is warped and does not sit firmly in place. Thought you should know. Jeff
