The products are high quality, the customer service is great and even though I am totally blind the website is very accessible.I am able to navigate the recipes and aall. Austin and the others that do the Waltons tv videos don’t realize it but they explain things so that even without sight they are understandable. I have recently started using Walton's summer sausage seasoning and high temp cheeses and all I can say is WOW what a game changer. I have not had one complaint about the taste of any of the summer sausage that I have made so far and have had people asking me if I would make them some has well. Great products and service.

I purchased the Habanero BBQ seasoning to make some summer sausage. This was my first attempt at making summer sausage but i was intrigued after watching the video on making summer sausage. I also added both the high temp cheddar and the high temp ghost pepper cheese. It turned out great and I had enough left over to also make some snack sticks as well. Both turned out great and with the help of the video it was really easy to do.
