Haven't used the spices yet but they are always quality and the shipping was super fast.

Although everything came within 3 days, 1 Item was incorrect and was shipped later that week after I had to figure out how to get them photos of the package for proof, I guess. I received the correct item package 1 week after it was ordered, and did not receive a discount off the shipping amount, nor any type of discount for the inconvenience which was not my error. This was a big inconvenience to us in our attempt to get some meat processed post hunting season. We are also missing a Instruction Manual which no one was willing to help to obtain for the Meat Mixer, so just had to figure out how to put is together and clean it by trial and error. The products are beautiful, the spices are wonderful, just wish the shopping experience could have been a little less stressful.

I just purchased Two Knife sharpeners for Christmas Gifts for my boys along with a list of Sausage making supplys. The oreder arrived in a timley manner. After opening it I discovered one of the bases for a knife sharpener was broken thru shipping. I called customer Service and spoke with Arron. I was amased at his effort to correct the issue at hand . I will report to all that within a week I had my replacement stand in hand from the manufacturer of the Sharpener.
