They were pretty quick and answered all my questions. They had exactly what I needed.

It was all good.

I just referred them to someone today. I couldn't have asked for a better transaction. It was very clean, very easy.

Flawless.

We were in and out of there in fifteen minutes with what we needed. They had everything in stock and they were cheaper. Super pleased.

We went in with a shelf we couldn't find in five years and they found two pallets of them for us! They took pretty good care of us!

I got there at 3:30 and the warehouse people leave at 3 pm but one of the guys knows how to run a forklift--he was in shirt and tie and forklift and he did it anyway. He called in guys who live close. I was so appreciative. I just happened to be in KC for another reason and they saved me another trip. I hardly had to wait.

They were wonderful. We picked it up and they had it ready for us. They are a great place for shelving.

They did a really good job communicating prices, lead times, and options.

Perfect! The salesperson was really good.

I had a great salesperson, he was awesome! Went well, received all of the pallet racks.

There were a couple of hiccups on the measurements, well, I got a pretty good deal.

Salesman was excellent, I always have a good experience there.

We picked up, drove right up and they helped us.

Great selection and easy to take care of getting what you need. They also set up installers and it was easy and smooth as a process.

Jennifer and Charlie have been great. Absolutely professional.

Fabulous and affordable. Service was great.

It was shipped and was very easy.

After dealing with another pallet racking company east of here that I won't name, you are unbelievable, awesome. Mike Hays even helped me recoup some damages from the other pallet rack company, too. You are a better company because of Mike.

Awesome! Don takes care of me. Keep doing what you're doing, Don.
