Awesome! It went well and I actually need more stuff!

Really great outfit, this is the first I have used them and I am adding them to our vendor list.

Pickup went great. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and did a good job.

They made it simple, gave me my options and made it really quick.

They went above and beyond. The trucking company lost hardware but Warehouse1 got it out to us. They had the bolts out right away. They took care of it when they didn't have to.

No hiccups or anything at all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They made some suggestions for some parts I didn't initially think about and they helped!

Always treated us really well. They were all right there ready for me when I got there.

I got two wrong sized pieces, but Jennifer was great about it. They are going to take care of it.

Quick and on it; I had no issues.

Everything worked out pretty good. I called, he called me back. They had it on hand, they had it all strapped and on the pallet and ready to go.

They did what I expected. Jennifer did a good job.

They are just good people to work with, even their warehouse guys. They communicate well and we hardly ever have to call them!

Probably the easiest I have ever had with racking. Seamless. The only minor issue was that there was too much paint on some of the racking. But that wasn't a big deal.

They gave us a very reasonable price. When we came, they didn't think that we could safely haul it. They were very patient with me. I wasn't easy to deal with. I appreciate them.

We had a little bit of an issue where they forgot to pull something, but Mike bent over backwards to get it taken care of. In the service business, sometimes you don’t get it right the first time. What matters is how that is handled and they were awesome. In fact at first it was raining and they made some accommodations so we could back in to the warehouse. The warehouse guy was awesome. They were awesome.

The gentleman who helped me out was outstanding in everything he did. I was ordering the wrong items and he let me know what I really needed. These were specific beams to old racks. The guy was phenomenal.

A professional experience all the way around, everything they provided was what we needed. Super easy, sales rep helped me load.

Great over there, had the stuff ready and it was nice and easy.

Good. Drivers and forklift operators were good, it was put together good it was really easy for me to strap down and transport.

Everything is good so far. Don Hilker does a really good job.
