Excellent service.

The bike is very nice and very easy to use. That said I tried to order 5 accessories that FedEx delivered them to the wrong address and never to be seen again. I send an email letting your people I needed these items for an upcoming trip and heard nothing. So I cancelled my order. Having been in sales for many years IT'S ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE and your people and company failed!

I always make my purchases base the website description, and on customers reviews, based on exactly what I'm looking for in an item. The products that I have purchase on the Zizzo website has not disappointed me at all. You get what you pay for, and my money was well sent. Thanks Zizzo.

I love my Via so much. I bought the rear rack installation and it's so nice! I needed this for when I take the train which never has enough space for bikes.

O.K. good. Resonable quality and very nice.

My only concern was the seat but we can always switch it out. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

From my other review on here. I added some pictures to it. I am very happy with the design since I need something that can fit in the rear of my Prius C. It’s a tight fit requiring the seat to be removed. Rear rack will not fit. The picture shows how it fits in the back of my Prius C. It’s a slightly tight fit but not bad. It does sit in there at an angle but clears everything.

When I received my bike, it was missing some items. Thankfully I was able to talk with Tony in customer service. He was extremely helpful and polite. He sent me the required items for my bike very quickly. Thank you for all of your help!

I’ve been very happy with my Zizzo product! Although I would not put it under my desk at work, folding ability and light weight makes storage and transport of the bike very easy. Again, very pleased with the bikes performance and interaction with the company.

I am very happy with the bike so far. I wish the weather in Cleveland would get warmer so that I could put my bike through its paces.
