Dear ZIZZO Customer Assistant Dept, I recently had to replace one of the calipers, that was defective. Your staff was very efficient in solving the problem & sent the replacement part out to me quickly, allowing me to take my bike with me on vacation. I loved starting each day with an exhilarating ride !

We bought our bikes online. Couldn’t believe the fast delivery and the shipping was free! The packaging was awesome. Took us just a few minutes to unpack and ride.

My office relocated a bit too far from the train station for me to walk. I bought the Via model and I’ve been folding & carrying it on the train each day for the past 6 weeks. It’s easy & quick to fold and not too heavy to carry with one hand. I’m really pleased with the quality and durability of the bike. I’ve actually already convinced a coworker to get one ;)

Well, it was in good shape for about three months. Now the only gears that don’t slip out of gear are the top and lower gear. The manual doesn’t really explain how to fix it so I’m probably going to have to pay for it to be serviced. Besides this major issue I have been really happy. Just frustrating now.

What the hell? I bought that bike months ago! I am now wondering if maybe someone got my card information and placed a separate order with you guys. The bike is alright, btw. The brakes SUCK, but I love everything else about the Liberté. Shipping was fast too. Still, this is super late guys

I have been very pleased with the bicycle, the purchasing process and the customer service when I had a question was responded to in a quick fashion. However, I am still waiting and wanting to order the fenders for the Liberte. When will they be available?

I can't write enough good things about my new Zizzo Liberte! It's light and nimble with a rigid frame, silky smooth shifting, and easy folding. This bike would be a good value at double the price. I used to buy and recommend Dahons to friends - well no more!

I love my bike. I am a trucker and go all over the country. But when i stop for the day i'm stuck in a truck stop. Now i can see a little more of where i am. And it is really fun to ride.

Great! My only disappointment is this bike would not fit a tall person as suggested in your description. I’m only 5’8’ and have seat beyond maximum and handlebars beyond that maximum.
