When I learned about the Forte' on your website, I had a feeling that I was going to love owning one. After 3 months now, that is an understatement. I'm so glad I bought it. Before the purchase, I had been taking my time to find the right, affordable, folding bike. The specs, the features, and the demos on the Zizzo website made the comparison with other choices simple. This bike meets multiple needs for short distance commutes. And meanwhile, I get a fun workout as well. I'm 5'6", 160 lbs, and 57 years young. This light, foldable ride has turned me into a kid again. Issues? Initially, the seat stem was slipping, but adjusting the seat clamp fixed that easily. Beyond that, there may be a couple of minor quality control points. I found one of the bike's tiny black screws on my driveway, but can't yet find the contact point where it popped off from. Also, the vinyl seat cover is pulling away from the underside of the seat along one edge. Otherwise, the bike is incredibly well made for its purpose. People have stopped me to heap compliments and then snap a pic of the web address on the bike. Glad I chose the highly visible coral color for greater cycling safety on the roads. I'm now searching for saddle bags that can drape over the sides of the rear rack frame. Thanks for offering people such a great bike.

Practical, reliable and comfortable. Everything that I expected. You may want to upgrade the seat, otherwise, excellent.

I recently purchased the my second Zizzo, the full size Swiss Alps. Am very happy with it, it handles the potholes from the Chicago winter like a champ. Of course, it is not as nearly as compact as my Via but it still fits in the back of my Chevy Equinox when folded.

I really enjoy the bikes, they ride like a regular bike. In all honesty after having them for a few months, my wife and I are getting rid of our full size bikes to save on storage. I only have one complaint. I ordered two Urbano bikes at the same time and I got two different models. One had an updated latch with a safety secondary mechanism and the other did not. I called to see if I could get the bike with the inferior latch switched out to have both bikes with the same newer latch. Although Tech Support was pleasant to talk to they ultimately left it up to me to pay for shipping to get the bike back to them and to have the new one shipped out. I live in NC and they are in CA. It didn't make financial sense for me to pay for extra shipping since one of the reasons I bought the Urbanos is because they were having a March Sale. So I have one bike I'm really happy with and one bike that I wish was better.

Great bike. It folds down nicely, fits in the optional bag nicely, and when I ride it there is no sense of weakness at all. It's easy to adjust, the gears are easy to switch between and are very effective. I may buy another just for my office.

The company is great-no issues. I bought the bike due to the higher weight limit, so that my over 6', 250# family of teenage boys could use it when we camp. The bike is ok for short hops, but if you are over 6'1" as I am (female) it just does not fit right at all. You are too "on top" of the pedals. Still, it does what I need it to do!

I bought a Zizzo Urbano this past March, and I love it. It is fun to ride. It folds up very compactly. I just pick it up and throw it in the back of my car. It only weighs 24 lbs., exactly as advertised. (I weighed it) So much easier than messing with bike racks. It takes up a very small space in my garage.I can’t pedal as fast as a full sized bike, but I don’t care. I’m a senior and I bought it for exercise and it is perfect for me. It is well built and works exactly as advertised. I’ve had it for over 4 months and it has performed flawlessly. Thanks ZIZZO for a terrific product!!

A versatile and convenient bike. Very sturdy and strong. A wide range of adjustments. If fits my 8 year old grandson as well as me at 6'2'. I'm very happy with my purchase. I already bought another one.

I purchased the Zizzo Forté and have been thrilled with it. It's a very sturdy, heavy duty little bike that rides like a big bike for someone like me who is just looking for leisurely bike rides. Folding and unfolding is easy, but would advise anyone who purchases one to follow the instructions, and especially to watch the video on unpacking the bike, and folding the bike. There are things you will miss if you don't follow instructions! (I went through this with my kids years ago when they'd receive a new toy for Christmas and not read the instructions first!!) I can't say enough about the bike and its ease of use. I drive a Honda FIT, and this bike makes it very easy to take a spontaneous ride anywhere because it fits in my car easily. The other part of my recommendation is that it's a bit scary purchasing something like this sight unseen, and without having tried one out. I have not been disappointed. It was an excellent purchase.

I love these bikes. I've purchased 2 for my kids (an urbano and an old-style campo for my special needs kiddo) and a liberte for myself. I'm a life-long bicycle commuter, and these are terrific for that purpose. Very well built, with gearing great for the hills. The fact that I've purchased 3 gradually over a year I think should speak volumes.
