I took 60 hours of MCAT tutoring with Abhishek, and it was a great experience. He delivered really high-quality sessions that really dove into the heart of what the MCAT tests. My first practice score was a 501, and I ended up with a 522 when I finally took the MCAT. I saw my practice test scores go up considerably during the duration of my tutoring program, and kept studying on my own well past the end. My time with Abhishek proved more valuable the longer I studied, and I really credit a lot of my success both to his actual instruction and his methodical way of teaching me how to analyze my own weaknesses and address them head-on. There are no miracles when it comes to test-prep, and you won't wake up with a 520+ score if you don't put in the effort. If you're willing to work for it, though, there's no better choice than Abhishek to get you up-to-snuff with the material.

When I started the med school application process, I was looking for someone with a critical eye, good grasp of what medical schools wanted, ability to help me create a good narrative and highlight what was needed out of my experience and extracurriculars to emphasize my story, and ability to push myself out of my comfort zone. Working with Aditya, I was able to fully reflect and create a cohesive story that made sense for my background and for my future goals. He helped me understand what to highlight and what to de-emphasize, in my resume and essays. He helped craft documents that helped explain my academic background and lower GPA. Aditya was critical and discerning in his edits, making sure that I was saying what I needed to and not being too vague or "on" with my language. He was also great to work with on my interview prep - making sure that I was working through highlighting my strengths and exactly answering the intended questions. I felt like my documents were strong, polished, and represented me well. Coming into the med school application cycle, I realized my profile, while having some solid attributes, also had a couple of "weaker" points. Therefore, I wanted to work with a consultant who would help me tell the best story in my applications. Nakia was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had been successful previously in his med school applications. I talked to her along with four other consultants/agencies and felt more at peace with Nakia. While others focused on raw stats, the Inspira team was more interested in my story.
After narrowing down the list of schools, Nakia pushed me to reflect and come up with my "brand" narrative. Her input on which points were more impactful than others was incredibly helpful. When applying for medical school, I was most anxious about writing a personal statement and secondary essays that had the power to tell admissions exactly who I was in the matter of a few hundred words. Finally, I would say Tina is flexible in her working style and will tailor her approach to your needs (i.e. working independently, following strict deadlines etc.) which really helped to be able to personalize the process. I would highly recommend TIna and the full Inspira team.

Without James' instruction, I would not have made the huge improvement that I did over the course of our 40 hour MCAT tutoring program. The structure of his program was very well balanced, as we spent enough time both digging in on concepts and going through practice problems. I found James to be particularly helpful when it came to the CHEM/PHYS portion of the test. He was able to help me understand how to quickly and efficiently identify what a CHEM/PHYS problem was testing, how to deconstruct a complex problem, and how to simplify and take away what was necessary from it. My CHEM/PHYS score improved from a 124 before the course to a 131 on my first MCAT attempt. I also saw big improvement in my other MCAT sections as well. Highly recommend James, thanks!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Desai! She is truly experienced, super easy to talk to and work with. I first met Dr. Desai 2 years ago when I was thinking about applying to med school then but later decided not to. Dr. Desai was very understanding and said that we can pick up whenever I'm ready. When I began the med school application process, I spoke with 8 different advisors. Ultimately, I felt Dr. Podury was the best choice for my consultant & I am happy I chose her. Had Ahmed as my tutor for 40 hours of MCAT prep with Inspia Advantage. It was a great experience and I highly recommend having Ahmed as a tutor. He was able to keep our evening and weekend tutoring sessions interesting and exciting. He was very skilled at breaking down the different methods that could be used to solve each problem, and when each method was applicable. I also enjoyed how Ahmed would put me in pressure situations that helped prepare me for the stress of the actual exam. For background - I tried to study on my own for some time, but could never quite keep the consistency I needed, and really lacked the understanding of the strategy required for the test (v important!). This tutoring program really helped with both of these aspects and led to me gaining a score that I was very satisfied with.
