Delivered without incident - I had the Lemon LuLu Cake delivered to my son's dorm room at college. He was pleasantly surprised and LOVED the cake!! He selfishly ate most of it himself and enjoyed it tremendously. The cake was delivered on time without incident. Thank you for giving my child a sweet reminder of his family.

Loved It - I gave this cake to my sister and brother-in-law either for Christmas or my sister's Jan.birthday(I forget which). They LOVED it!! Now every occasion that arises (when my sister broke both her elbows, Easter, etc.) they want another one. It tastes almost exactly like a cake our mother used to bake but without all that work!

Little Gems - We ordered these for a lunch with friends. They arrived on time perfectly packaged. They were such a success and we are enjoying the leftovers. I have ordered assorted and chocolate pennifours as my husband calls them for another lunch and a friend's birthday in June. They are little gems for the eyes and tastebuds. We were proud to serve them as a unique dessert that we didn't have to make from scratch. They will be regulars on our menus from now on!

On time - We received them on time the night before lunch with friends. They arrived safely, appropriately packaged. With delight we presented the package to friends to make their choices. The cakes were lovely and friends were delighted. The cakes were fresh and the flavors were delicate and subtle. They did not scream lemon or orange. In fact we talked about what we were tasting and compared notes. They are definitely our choice of desserts to offer to guests with no apologies that they were not homemade by us. We were and are proud to serve them. We are making our next order for a June event. I have ordered a different cake for my husband's birthday and look forward to it!

Saved our party - My daughter chose a tea party theme for her graduation party - and you can't have a tea party without petit fours. I was going to make them myself but found that I am not qualified to make these little delicacies - in fact they were a disaster. So in desperation and with only 5 days until the party, I ordered your product. Not only did they arrive on time, but they were delicious and the hit of the party. Thank you so much for saving the day!

Gluten Free Birthday Cake Black and White
No complaints - I bought this cake for my wife's birthday. She was diagnosed with Celiac's disease a few months ago and is having a really hard time adapting to the gluten free diet because she says nothing gluten free taste good. However, she had no complaints about this cake. She said it taste just as good as every other cake. Thank you for making her birthday more enjoyable and for giving her hope that she can find good tasting gluten free foods.

Great Customer Service! - I recently ordered a cake for my father. It was shipped 2nd day air to Florida. Unfortunately it arrived melted and had been tossed upside down despite being clearly marked on the shipping box. I contacted 1-800-bakery simply to let them know of the problem. I realized the care the box receives is up to the delivery person. They offered me a full refund or a replacement cake. I opted for a replacement cake. This time due to the weather conditions, they sent the cake overnight packed with icepacks. The cake arrived in perfect condition and was reported to be the best cake he had ever tasted! I was very impressed with the quality of cake as well as customer service and would order sgain!
