Rocky Mountain Mudslide Cake
Consumed the cake on spot - I was pleasantly surprised that one could go on line and order from a large selection of cakes and have them sent out in such a short time, both for a very reasonable price. The cake arrived in Los Angeles just as it was scheduled, and I am told by my son that it was delicious. I believe that his office consumed the cake on the spot so he didn't take any home with him. Thank you.

Sugar Free Chocolate Truffle Cake
Highly recommended - I bought this cake for a diabetic coworker to have something for her alongside a regular cake for other staff. This cake went faster than the other one, everyone loved it. Highly recommended, and the staff at 1-800-Bakery is absolutely fantastic!

Fabulous - Chef Steve,
You sent a flourless sugerless chocolate cake to my son, Ry at Franklin & Marshall college for his birthday, Sept 9th.
His friends reported that is was fabulous. He said... well it was sort of like a dry brownie. He got a lot of strokes for sharing his prize with his friends.
My best,
Mac

Sugar Free Chocolate Truffle Cake
Fair Honest Overall BEST - Chef Steve,
I spoke with you this past Thursday 9/8/05 about the sugar-free chocolate truffle cake I ordered for my trainer and I am sure it is wonderful but because of the huge amount of fat grams in the cake we can't eat it. It is sugar free but we can't eat it because of the fat in it. My dad is diabetic so I will give the cake to him, Because it is pre-sliced he can keep it frozen and only take out a few pieces at a time to eat when he wants. I will let you know what he thinks!!
You were so wonderful to work with me on it and I am looking forward to the low fat yogurt loafs your are sending this week!!!! It is so wonderful to do business with such a fair and honest man. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced! You are very personable and put your customers first! I was afraid we had lost the old business values in America but you have proven me wrong....what a nice surprise!
I will continue to order from you and I will refer as many people as I can. Again, Thank you so much!!!!!

Can eat more of this - Delicious. Almost as good as the Sugar-Free flourless chocolate, but not quite. The Cheesecake overpowers the chocolate and for anything to overpower chocolate for me IS A NO-NO. However my husband likes it better because it is not as rich as the chocolate. But you can eat more of it...

Great Taste - OK, I don't want to call the Chef a liar but there is NO WAY this sinfully delicious cake is sugar free and low carb, it can't be, can it? Oh my goodness, I cannot believe how good this cake is and I can't believe that I will be able to have my low carbs and eat it too! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Finally I have all the tools to maintain a low carb diet without feeling deprived!

Sugar Free Marble Truffle Cake
Exquisite - AMAZING! That about sizes up this cake in one mouth-watering, delectable word. This is not the first time I've ordered this cake, nor will it be the last. It's difficult to believe it fits into my sugar-free, low-carb diet. The cake arrives absolutely fresh - as if I went to the bakery myself. Cut into individual portions, the presentation is flawless. All of that is fine however, let's discuss bottom line - it's all about taste - and this cake is exquisitely, decadently, delicious! It was the hit of our Thanksgiving dinner - special diet or not, everyone (even the 3-year old twins) gobbled it up. The cake keeps well, too - in the refrigerator for about two weeks and months in the freezer (hmmm - wonder what it would taste like frozen?). My final recommendation - BUY THIS CAKE! It's worth every forkful.

Classic Chocolate Flourless Truffle Cake
Great Surprise - I ordered this cake for my dad's birthday. I usually bake him a cake, but we live on opposite coasts and I wasn't going to be there for his b-day this year. He loved it! (Flourless chocolate cake + cheesecake is a pretty amazing combination!) It arrived on his birthday and was a great surprise. Everyone at home said it was delicious!

Fantastic Website - Excellent. You really made my father's birthday special. He recently had a stroke and my mom has been working very hard to do all of his household tasks and hers - laundry, cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, shopping etc. She is 91 years old and is exhausted most of the time these days. So I was worried that she would not be able to make a cake for my dad's birthday. The cake arrived and got rave reviews. Everyone was impressed. Thank you for your fantastic website and the wonderful collection of cakes and things that you offer. I am in California and my family is in New Jersey . I plan to send many more cakes home for the holidays and special occasions : Father's Day, Mother's Day , Easter, Christmas, Birthdays etc. Chef Steve is a hero!
