Chocolate Raspberry Ganache Cake
Cake and Service Top Notch - The cake itself was excellent and the customer service even better. After mistakenly sending the wrong cake to my in laws for Christmas Eve (sent a carrot cake rather than the dark chocolate cake I ordered), they made good on their guarantee of satisfaction and sent me a replacement dark chocolate cake for New Year's Eve!

Great flavor and texture - I have ordered several times for myself and for gifts. I recently sent the combination box of Croissants as a gift to my friends in Florida. As always they were great. I know everyone loves them. They are Fresh, Delicious, and all the flavors are equaly enjoyed. I think of pastry and I think of you. Thank you for your good work

Rocky Mountain Mudslide Cake
Special celebration gift - It was fantastic! We had the cake shipped to our son for his 22nd birthday. Although he is back in the states, he recently returned from a 15 month tour in Afghanistan. We have missed him terribly. It was so great to know that although we couldn't be with him, we were able to help him celebrate his special day with his buddies. He said the cake was beautiful and tasted even better. Thank you so much for making a soldier and his band of brothers happy with your luscious cake!!

Special Birthday - I ordered two dozen croissants for my grandmother's 95th birthday and let's just say that she did not plan on sharing them with anyone else! My mom was able to steal one from her and said they were absolutely delicious. Thank you for helping to make the birthday special when I couldn't be there in person.

Sugar Free Marble Truffle Cake
My only online bakery! - My father is a diabetic who lives in a different state than I, so every year I send him a delicious, yet healthy for him, cake for his birthday.
Last year I decided to try ANOTHER company. It was a HUGE mistake.
Not only did they charge me $36.00 for overnight delivery even though I ordered the cake over a week in advance, but my father told me that he hated to complain but the cake tasted strange and was chalky to eat.
I explained that I had tried a different company and he told me that there was NO REASON TO TRY ANOTHER COMPANY when the cakes he had recieved in previous years from 1-800-bakery were all delicious. He told me that the sugarfree, flourless marble cheesecake was absolutely delicious. He said that he would never have guessed that it was healthy for him.

Shadow Birthday Cake
Easy - Ordered a birthday cake for my husband and requested an additional inscription and it was done like I requested. The ordering was really easy and the cake was delivered right on time. Wasn't a fan of the taste of the cake though but I'm happy my husband go the cake at the right time!
