Wonderful Service!! - This is the second year that I ordered a Birthday Cake from your company, and had it delivered. My son was so pleased to receive the cake, on the day of his Birthday! What a great set up you have! We live in Canada so it is great to know that we can celebrate his birthday with him 850 miles away. Thank you for the wonderful service. I would recommend your on line service to any long distant parent who want to make sure their son or daughter's special day is celebrated with a cake as they would have at home.

Shadow Birthday Cake
Thank You - Chef Steve I must tell you that the birthday cake was out of this world! I come from MA., Worcester to be precise and you took me back to the days of my child-hood with that cake! My Mother was the one I ordered the cake for and she shared a slice and that was all I got.. so that should give you a clue.. ! Thank you for the prompt service and the delicious cake. God Bless, Merry Christmas and please have a happy New Year to you and yours, Mrs. Alecia Darin

Bacca di Montagna Cake
Adored the cake - My step son attends boarding school, and we wanted to send him a non-traditional birthday cake (he doesn't like most frosting or choclate). This cake was absolutely perfect!!! He adores berries and white cake and it completely fit the bill. We were a bit worried about whether there would be problems getting the cake delivered directly to his dorm on a Saturday, but the whole thing went off without a hitch - and he was absolutely thrilled!!!
Thanks for your wonderful baking prowess, and your terrific customer service!!
Best,
Margie

Shadow Birthday Cake
Absolutely Perfect - I sent the the Shadow Birthday Cake to my daughter at college in Lynchburg, Virginia for her 21st birthday. It arrived on time and absolutely perfect. She said it was the most delicious birthday cake that she ever had. Thanks for helping to make her day extra special. By the way, I just finished ordering another cake from you.

Bacca di Montagna Cake
Sublime Dessert - Hi Chef Steve,
At the risk of finding ourselves in an excess of superlatives, I submit the following review of the Bacca Di Mantagnia Cake. It is a sublime dessert! The white sponge cake is delightfully light, cumulus-like, in fact. The almond pastry cream was a superb silken contrast to the cake. The raspberries and, to my surprise, real wild mountain blueberries were a lovely topping - the blueberries maintained their shape and texture very well after being frozen and the raspberries released a light syrup to create a confectionary impression. Biscotti crumbs around the edge provided the wrap for the perfect package. The only thing that would have made this cake experience more enjoyable would be being able to say that I baked it myself!
Thank you,
Daiva

Shadow Birthday Cake
Satisfied - Unfortunately, the cake did not arrive for my sister's 50th birthday. However, the representative I spoke with by phone was very pleasant, refunded my delivery fee, apologized and let me know that the cake would be replaced if there was any problem at all. Because I received good customer service, quick, complete and without any argument, I will definitely use this service again and recommend it as well.

Five shiny stars - Five stars for 1-800-bakery.com!! I sent a shadow cake plus a party pack to someone in Maine who was celebrating her 40th birthday. Placed the order the day before her birthday. It arrived beautifully packaged, right on time - and from what I heard, it was delicious! I've been recommending 1-800-bakery.com to all of my friends, and I will not hesitate to use this service again for other special occasions.

Coffee Cake Combo - Three
Amazing and Delicious - We couldn't decide which coffee cake to try, and very much appreciate having the option of trying three! My husband is the chocoholic in our house, so his favorite was the Chocolate Chip coffee cake, while I am still at a toss up between the cinnamon walnut and the blueberry crumb. I usually prefer the berries, but both cakes were so moist, that the berries didn't seem as if they had to be there in order to make the cake moist and tasty. Amazing!! Delicious no matter how you look at it!

Wonderful Treats Early - Chef hello. I can't thank you enough for the cakes. They arrived a few days before Dad's 91st birthday so he had what he called wonderful treats early. Although there was a small party for him with sheet cake, he said he did not relinquish any of his coffee cakes to his 17 guests. The small party was in his room (assisted living) with the cakes removed from refrigeration and hidden under his bed. Each morning I have listened to how that one is his very favorite. I appreciate your service and will use it again. Thanks so very much.

Chocolate Truffle Birthday Cake
Mom loved the cake. Thanks. - I was very nervous when I called to order a cake for my mom's 80th birthday. I have ordered things on line before and had them sent and they have been a big disappointment. My mom loved the cake. I ordered the Truffle Cake and she said it was delicious. My step father doesn't usually like chocolate caked but he raved about this one. Thank you so much.

Kids want nothing else! - Among the two cakes at my Nephew's party, this cake of yours was the first to complete. Kids wanted nothing else except this. I was left with a piece to just to taste.

Birthday Brownie Cake - Balloons
Possible New Tradition - I spent my wife's birthday 7000 miles away from home, this year. As such, the traditional cake-baking event wasn't possible. She enjoyed the brownie cake from 1-800-bakery.com that this may become the new tradition! Great treat, less work for me...I like it.

Right on time. - My son was away at college for the first time on his birthday. Wanting to make it special, we sent him the Happy Birthday brownie cake. It arrived right on time for his birthday. By the time we talked to him, half of it was already eaten. I'd say that was success!
