Mardi Gras King Cake
Very good quality - Not quite the traditional New Orleans King Cake But, very good quality. It would have been nicer if the baby had actually been put into the cake. I would definetely order from you again.

Stollen 1.5lb 35 Years Handmade
Perfect Stollen - Finally found:A true homemade-style all butter stollen with no spices added to mask inferior ingredients. The yeast flavor of the dough was muted by the rum so this stollen is definitely a pastry and not a bread. Because of its dense dough the texture as well as the flavor was enhanced by warming the slices at 200 degrees for a few minutes.

Acceptable - The stollen had been frozen and arrived mostly defrosted. Its consistency was good but it needed more dried fruit and nuts. The taste was sweeter than we like. Overall it was an acceptable product.

Palmiers
Delicious - My husband and I, along with my Mother love these delightful pastries. My Mother calls them butterflys! We have bought them at Costco and now that Christmas is almost here they are out of them. I hope they are not a seasonal item as they are delicious with a cup of coffee in the morning!!!!! I will make sure Costco knows this also. Thank You Susan

Palmiers
Outstanding Quality - I recently placed an order for 8 palmiers. The ordering process (phone) was very easy & quick and were delivered on the date promised.....and they were outstanding. These were ordered as a gift for someone who has enjoyed palmiers from childhood but was unable to find any of the quality he remembered. Your palmiers are the real deal and merited rave reviews.
Thank you so much for upholding the tradition.

Great !!! - I purchased your Elephant Ears at Cosco, many times. They were packaged in two plastic containers taped together. I think about 24 ct. I loved them! They are light and not too sweet. Please bring them back to Cosco or Sams. I give them a 5.

Gourmet Bakery Assortment
Perfect Assortment - This was a gift for my twins 28th birthday. My daughter said the croissants were delicious and wanted to eat all of them but figured she better leave some for her brother. She said the chocolate chip cookies were a little too sweet. I was very pleased with the service. It arrived on time and customer service was very helpful. I would recommend this website to my friends.

Best I've EVER Had - Good Morning Chef Steve:
I want to send a review on the biscotti's which
I am eating while writing.
Your biscotti's are the best i ever had, like day and night
compared to the commercial ones you get at
the Warehouse Clubs etc. I can tell you that I am
addicted to them. Tell people try heating them up
just for 25 seconds in a microwave and let them
melt in your mouth.
Your always loyal customer Steve Sch
