Unfortunately I chose this company. I wanted to surprise my daughter and congratulate her getting a job she fought hard to get. I picked this company online but wasn't sure if they would deliver her fortune cookie on time and to the right address. So, I tried calling the "customer service" line and I had to leave a message. I called 4 times and left messages for someone to call me back. NOTHING! NOTTA! So I emailed them to call me. AGAING NOTHING! I sent so many emails and messages I am starting to believe that they are not a real company! I still have not heard anything from them and don't know if my $72.00 I spent with them is in vain. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED because I believe that someone should have called me back or at least sent me an email. Please FIND ANOTHER COMPANY to order from! DO NOT ORDER from this company. The owner should fire whoever is in charge of customer service. I'm in a customer service role and if I treated my customers like they've treated me, I would be fired!

Hi Joel, Sorry on the slow response on email questions sometimes. We are not a large company and sometimes have many hats on at the same time. I just looked and you have a Gmail account, please look in your spam folder and I bet we have been emailing and they are going into there. Gmail is doing this sometimes. ~ Chef Steve

I needed a birthday cake that would be shelf stable for a few days in his college dorm and he said it was so ridiculous that he absolutely loved it. It tasted good too!

I loved the way Diane and her team worked on my daughter's cake for her sixteenth birthday. She was so in love with it, and so were all her friends. I'm now planning to make an order for a vegan cake for my parents' 50th anniversary, I believe you are up to the challenge. Great work guys, keep it up

I was incredibly happy with how they tasted but they did not ship well. The frosting seems slimey like it melted a little and a lot of the frosting stuck to the parchment paper.
