The phone delivered to me was damaged. The packaging with Fedex wasnt adequate for handling the devices and i paid 75 USD for that shipping option. I expect a better service and will definitely demand a solution for my damaged device.

Yes, I have recieved it, I wanted to write a detailed feedback: 1) the team 1grandtrunk was always available and prompt. All of my 28 books were promptly recieved and your website was upto date.
2) You have reverted to check with me whether I have recieved the package. Very impressive. 3) Problem: The box did not get delivered to me directly, as I expected. Instead it was sent to customs office. So I had to personally go there and pay the 7% VAT. If the carrier (India post) had collected the amount before, it would have been good. Since this requires me to visit customs office, which is quite far from my residence, I would hesitate to place another order 4) if your team could research more on this and find a carrier a suitable carrier where VAT can be paid beforehand, it would be good (Amazon global store operates this way)
