I ordered a few things and got them within a couple of days! I was also really impressed with the digital preview as it made me feel like I was getting my crystal before it arrived! The response time from 3DCrystal is also incredibly fast, so no worries there

I'll never forget the day I received my 3D crystal. I had sent in a photo of my beloved dog who had passed away, and when I received the crystal, I was amazed at how beautifully the engraving captured his likeness. It felt like he was right there with me, and I could almost hear his bark. It's a keepsake that I will treasure forever.

The pricing of the personalized crystals at 3dcrystal.com left me with a heavy heart. The cost outweighed the value I received.

So aparently FedEx lost my package 2 days before it had to be presented as a gift to by fiance. I was soo frustrated and then I called them expecting a long wait time to reach customer service. I was totall shocked when they picked up the call at the first ring. I explained the situiation to the representative and they told me they will make another crystal for me and ship it by DHL air which is 1 day. I got a notification with a trackign number the same day! I still wasnt sure when I would get it. Finally one day before our anniversary the doorbell rang and the package was here. It was insanely beautiful!! I am so happy!! Thanks to the representative on the phone for helping me so much!! Great service
