I've worked with the team at 3-D Crystal, and they're the best in the business. This is my first company to work with them, so I don't have much to compare them to yet. However, I will say that I love this gift and it was delivered very quickly! The quality of the photo itself was excellent and it was packaged up well.

I ordered the medium rectangle necklace in 3D, not releasing how thick and heavy it would be. I could not wear it, it was so heavy. I called customer service and they are remaking it in the small and suggested the 2 d would be lighter. Thank you, thank you so very much. Great customer service and I will definitely do business with u again. Your company rocks.

My husband and I ordered a crystal heart-shaped ornament with a 3D engraving from 3dcrystal.com, and we're thrilled with the result. The pricing was very fair, and the customer service was excellent. The order arrived on time and in perfect condition. The quality of the engraving is far superior to their competitors, and we'll definitely be ordering from this company again in the future.
